Every year, The Rock Show comes alive because of one thing: you — our exhibitors.
From home cooks and gardeners to artists, photographers and farmers, it’s your entries that bring colour, creativity and pride to the showgrounds. When you exhibit, you’re not just entering a competition — you’re helping continue traditions that have been part of The Rock for generations.
How to Enter
Step 1: Download or collect an entry form from The Rock Show Program found at The Rock Foodworks, The Rock Post Office & Uranquinty Service Station.
Step 2: Return completed entry forms and fees to The Secretary, Joy Shultz PO Box 29, The Rock NSW 2655 by Friday 10th October.
Step 3: Prepare your exhibits following the schedule guidelines — whether that’s baking, photography, craft, produce, livestock, or flowers.
Delivering Entries on Show Day
Exhibits can be delivered to the pavilion/grounds on Thursday 16th October 4pm - 6pm or Friday morning 8am-9:30am before judging.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept entries delivered after 9:30am 17/10/25
Our volunteers will be on hand to help you register and place your entries.
Friendly reminder: Make sure every entry has the exhibitors ticket attached with section & class identified.
Picking Up Exhibits After the Show
Entries may be collected after show volunteers dismantle pavilion displays, from Saturday 18th October at 4:30pm onwards.
Please ensure you check with pavilion stewards before removing items.
Winner's prize money to be picked up on day of show after 3pm.
Entering is simple, and every exhibit — big or small — is a chance to be part of something meaningful.
Whether you win a ribbon or not, your entry adds to the vibrancy and success of The Rock Show.
